Four years ago, Weight Watchers Online allowed me to meet my goal of losing

I joined Weight Watchers Online after my final child was born and after I was
finally finished breastfeeding. I was watching my friend steadily lose weight on

It took less than 2 months to reach my goal weight, and I learned a lot.
Here's why I think the program worked so well for me:
Weight Watchers gave me a good education in portion size. When
I started following the program online, I immediately began to see how (and where) I
was simply eating too much. That extra food was actually diminishing my energy
levels.
It's flexible. As a work-at-home mom with three kids,
structured meals can sometimes be a problem. I love a plan that can work around
restaurants and meals eaten on the go.
You get unlimited choices (so no feelings of deprivation.) With
Weight Watchers, you learn very quickly the tradeoffs of succumbing to a
craving. For example, if I want a snickerdoodle, I can have it.
But those "points" will have to be exchanged elsewhere. Sometimes, I take the
treat. Sometimes, I decide it's not worth it. Everything is a choice, and it's
your choice. This is a great basis for a weight loss program that you
can live with and maintain for years to come.
